📌 Job Responsibilities 职责说明：
- Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships.

达成销售目标并开发新客户。 - Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements 任职资格： - Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
拥有销售、市场营销或相关领域的文凭或学位。 - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
拥有良好的沟通与谈判能力。 - Passion for sales and target-driven mindset.
对销售充满热情，并具备以目标为导向的思维。 - Experience in property, digital services, or customer sales is a plus.
有房产、数码服务或客户销售经验者优先考虑。

📌 Job Responsibilities 职责说明：
- Perform renovation and repair works (residential & commercial units)
执行装修与维修工作（住宅与商业单位） - Skilled in plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling, carpentry, and minor construction
精通水电、油漆、瓷砖、木工及小型建筑工程 - Handle roof repairs, drywall works, and general maintenance tasks
处理屋顶修复、隔墙安装及一般维修任务 - Supervise on-site work and ensure job quality and safety
监督现场施工，确保工作质量与安全 - Liaise with clients or supervisor for work updates
与客户或主管沟通，汇报工作进度
🎯 Requirements 任职资格： - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
至少两年相关实务经验 - Able to work independently and problem-solve on site
能独立作业并现场解决问题 - Good attitude, punctual, and responsible
态度良好、守时且有责任感 - Knowledge of tools and safety procedures

Contractor's Assistant

📌 Job Responsibilities 职责说明：
- Assist the main contractor in renovation, repair, and maintenance tasks
协助主承包商进行装修、维修与保养工作 - Carry tools, materials, and help set up the work area before starting
搬运工具与材料，并协助准备施工区域 - Learn and practice basic skills such as painting, cement mixing, and cleaning
学习并练习基本技能，如油漆、水泥搅拌与清理 - Follow all work instructions given by supervisors or skilled workers
遵循主管或技术工人的所有工作指示
🎯 Requirements 任职资格： - Physically strong and fit
